This judge adequately and improperly judged my case. Stating that I have a limitation that impears my limits of life and I have multiple diagnoses. This judge still denied my case, horrible human being if you ask me. I’d request another judge if this is who has power over your case.
The ALJ failed to properly evaluate the claimants subjective complaints of pain and dysfunction that can reasonably be accepted as consistent with the objective medical evidence and provide adequate rationale in accordance with disability regulations pertaining to evaluations of symptoms based on the requirements of 20 CFR 404.1529 and 416.929 and Social Security Ruling 96-7 p.”
