After 46 years in the workforce, I suffered multiple debilitating strokes that left me unable to work. They included Memory, Cognitive Ability and a host of other issues.
At my SSDI Administrative Hearing, his own Expert Occupational Expert Witness stated that after careful consideration of my history and current disability, that there are No Jobs available in the workplace that I can do. After hearing those words, my Team felt that an award for disability award was going to happen. Several months later, Judge David Lacy written decision was received. It was extremely disappointing, to say the least.
He stated that I don’t have a disability and that I was never disabled and refused my claim.

Also, his own Social Security Expert Occupational Witness, who states there are no jobs that I can perform, which is on transcript, is utterly ignored.
If you have a chance to get a different job, do it.
