I have PTSD from sitting in front of this Judge. Cruel. Despite the Employment Specialist stating that my ability to hold a job she ruled against my claim. She said things like “save your tears Missy” and I’m a grown woman. She continuously mocked me. “We know more about you, honey, than you think”. She was looking at my FB page which showed an very old photo of me happy, celebrating with friends. Her ruling said “if you can post” than you can work. Well I spent day and night in bed, “posting,” was about all I could do to have contact with the outside world. It only takes one finger to type, the only finger that even functioned. And what gave her the right to call me “missy” and “honey”. It was a humiliating experience. It’s been 14 years and I remember it like it was yesterday. I knew it wasn’t me when my next appeal judge laughed and said “so how WAS your experience with Judge Reason,?” When I said horrible, he just looked down and shook his head.
