Judge Collin’s discriminatory decision against me was hard I worked all my life put into the system and was discriminated against because what ever reason she had but illegals have more rights them me I can’t work because work related injuries with medical evidence she went out her way to make sure I didn’t receive fair hearing I feel I should turn over my American citizenship an come back as an illegal immigrant where I will receive more benefits than American citizen

Hope she goes off Facts instead of opinions thoughts and assumptions cause my last ALJ was a sad cause I been hurt since 2018 still to this very day I wonder why it’s been well past 12 plus months I been out of work due to a back injury smh like I woke up one day a went to work like hey I feel like getting hurt to fight to get disability for a injury this definitely what I ain’t plan on doing but facts remains my pain management doctors nor primary care doctor released or told me that I could return to work all I am hearing is good luck on healing up sir what type of advice is this well I wonder how this gone go back to federal court level back to another hearing over my own money they took out my checks from when I was able to work make it make sense it’s like they take black folks through the windmill and back over social security disability especially when they have facts proof and more if I was white it wouldn’t have definitely been this hard
