Review of local SSA Pensacola Fl Defying Judge Robert Waller Decision

Good morning,
My name is Lawrence Gamell Jr., on Sept. 18, 2024 Judge Robert Waller of the Office of Hearings Operations, granted my case Fully Favorable for my
benefits to be released within 60 days of the decision. Prior to that date, I made sure the local Pensacola Office had a copy of the Judge̵7; decision, I placedShow more
it in the mail bin at the office. I did not receive any benefit documentation in October, in late October I inquired by phone as to any updates, I was informed that,
my benefits were in accounting and would be released. Each week I waited updates and did follow up calls, once weekly, sometimes they sated it could not be
found, but as I pressed the matter, the Agent would find a supervisor and it would appear on a hidden or hard to get to screen. When November 18th, per the
60-day time limit, I inquired once more and the progress was the same, no new updates. On that same day I went to the Federal Courts and filed Pro Se, within
a few days the Magistrate, Judge Bolitha, granted me Pro Se, per my case to see why the SSA has not released my benefits. Last week I contacted the local SSA
again, after I contacted the OHO and confirmed with the OHO, in their system that my payment was processing, but they had sent 8 emails to the accounting department inquiring about payment, I assured them payment was not received and to this date, I have not received a benefit letter, they were surprised and said
they would contact the manager at the Pensacola Office. Today 12/2/24, I walked into the Pensacola SSA Office and received ticket U134, I went to window 11 and explained the matter, she stated she only saw a denial, I explained to her that is old information, prior to my reconsiderations, hearing and decision, she stated, she could not see any other documentation, I suggested she get her supervisor to help her navigate the site, she took slight offense , but she paused and contacted her supervisor. She asked me to wait, for Mrs. Gonzalez, I waited about 10 minutes, they called me back to window 11, Mrs. Gonzalzes was not very cordial and went on the offense, I gave her the decision from Judge Robert Waller and explain, that the benefits were passed due, she then stated, “The Judge Did Not Understand What He Was Doing”, I was taken aback and said, or you stating that your OWN SSA Judge, Judge Robert Waller does not know what he’s doing as a Judge”, she concurred. I then said okay and attempted to show her , Federal Court Judge Zachary Bolitho Pro Se (for reference when I was not getting a hearing date after 3 reconsiderations by the local SSA I went to Federal Court to file, Judge Bolitho sent me back to get a decision from the SSA Judge- which I did) Mrs. Gonzales refused to take Bolitho paperwork, which I was told to give them a copy and said, “Don’t get ugly, I could have you removed”, I stated Mrs. Gonzales in point, that’s a very racist thing to state, I have not raised my voice to you and kept everything professional. As we continue, she stated we have to send you through reconsideration, I stated that has been done, that is why the hearing and a Judges decision took place, she said , “Well it’s Medical”, I said okay , am I seeing a Medical Agent with those qualifications, because you have a mass amount of my Medical Records on file, so many that you actually mailed me back my disc , because you had too many records. The Agent stated , no you wont see an Agent like that and I said who? An Agent for reconsideration and I stated , the matter has been decided by your own Judge that doesn’t make sense and the Agent stated do you want the date or not? And I stated, I will wait for Federal Court, but I do not believe that the SSA will be happy sending their attorneys to disagree with their own Judge, she said you have to do what you have to do. I said thank you, I will wait for Federal Judge Bolitho(Case # 3:24cv588/MCR/ZCB). And she stated I’m going to give you Dec. 13th at 11 am , it’s up to you if you answer the phone or not. It was then I left and went to the Federal Court to verify my Pro Se.
