    Disability hearing and denial

Judge Thompson was very rude during my hearing. I felt bullied and harassed by him. He got mad and belittled me because I couldn’t remember something from years ago. When it’s known, I have a bad memory. He lacks empathy to a disabled person. In the end, he made a remark that I was able to sit through the entire hearing. Well, I very well can’t lay down on the floor! When I was being sworn in the beginning he told me oh raise your arm higher. I could only raise it so high. I hope he or his family don’t have to go through a medical situation as such to be let down by the system every time. I have an invisible disease that I may look fine on the outside. But inside I hurt, I’m going through a lot that no one else can understand with this disease. I didn’t ask to become sick and have to try and beg for benefits. I have always worked 1-2 jobs. Your attitude and lack of empathy fits better as a criminal judge. People with disabilities needs someone who understands them and has empathy with a sense of sensitivity. You have no heart and seem very unhappy. I will pray for you

I had my hearing with this judge. He was very rude and I was bullied, harassed he also gave me dirty looks. I believe it had to do with my skin color. Because he gave such attitude and got really upset when I couldn’t remember something from years ago! He has no empathy towards those with disabilities. I had my cane that I have been using due to muscle weakness. He smirked as if I’m making this up. Unknowingly what I’m dealing with because at the sworn in part he told me no raise your arm higher. It hurt my arm going so far up as if I’m in school raising my arm. And at the end he asked my attorney if he agreed that I was able to sit the entire hearing. I very well can’t lay down on the floor! I found that very rude and belittling my situation. He seen my struggle getting up from that chair. With his attitude and anger he should be a criminal judge. Because the lack of empathy towards those with disabilities and health problems isn’t his strong suit. Using his position to belittle, bully and harassment should be looked into.
