I had a case with him in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Judge Miller denied my case. I had a good attorney and so should you. I appealed it to the appeals council as he did not listen to solid evidence which he ignored. It got remanded back to Judge Miller. He denied me again. I appealed, it ended up going to Federal Court ( had to get a different attorney for federal court). Judge sent it back to Social Security. I got a different ALJ but had to wait for another hearing date. I won with the new ALJ. Time spent on it…. SIX YEARS!Show more
