    Don't care

This judge didn’t listen. Their doctor recommended an approval but the judge felt I could work as a seating hostess. That job pays 1/4 of what I made when I was able to work.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

    April 4, 2024

I would’ve gave 0 stars or a lot of negative stars if I could have I’m not sure why I was denied by this person who had several years of college and now has a job title where people have to bow down to him. I love the other reviews about getting his law degree from an atm machine! That’s hilarious! He was very nice and understanding at first but that was apparently all a show. I have every possible thing wrong with me that would qualify myself for disability but I still get denied. Why? My doctors write in their notes what the insurance companies want to hear because it’s all a big game for them? Or because I felt what is “ok for me” one day when I had an appointment, told my dr that, so now I am not disabled? Or was it because I got a massage TWO times to help relax my muscles from severe Multiple Sclerosis spasms and I said “It made me feel better?” Well I t did make me feel better muscle wise for a few minutes but I wasn’t healed from it or from this horrible disease I live with daily while on multiple medications with so many side effects. The muscle spasms just come right back and who can afford massages all the time with 1 household income and 5 people in the house. I am unable to work and unable to move my body most days. I know of people who can fully function and work 40 hours a week but they still get approved SSDI and use the system. Apparently by being honest and doing things the right way gets you no where in life. I guess I should drink heavily and attempt suicide often, then I would get approved but oh wait….I can’t apply for disability EVER again because of being denied this last time after a hearing with Judge Marcus Johns and his 40 something % approval rate. UGHHHH! What a joke! The judicial system and the government are so corrupt! Give, give, and give even more to those who don’t want to and refuse to work when their penis’, vaginas, and uterus work just fine to pop out 5 kids and reap all the gov’t benefits!!!! Well, I will tell you what Mr Johns, only GOD can “judge” me!!!! Not you! Instead of saying hateful things toward you, I will just pray for you instead. I pray that you and anyone in your family never has hardships, becomes disabled, or needs any gov’t assistance because that’s the person I am. I do wish that if you ever have these problems then you are denied so you may know how it feels. No one should hold a position or role in the court of law as a disability judge unless they are disabled themselves! Then “the doctor” whom I’ve never met before in my life, doesn’t know me, or what I’m capable of doing or not doing, says I can work a 40 hour a week job standing on concrete, lifting heavy equipment, or work as a mail carrier. I seriously laughed at this one! Maybe said doctor should go try it and see how that is for him without a disability. Maybe he would reconsider. Jerks!!!!!Show more

    Doesn't care

This guy doesn’t care about real people. It’s hard to explain a disability over the phone. Covid is over , these judges need to see a disability to believe it.
