Richard Geib is getting paid to deny Social Security Disabilities Benefits, he is not getting paid to approve them. This moves repugnantly against the Constitution and civil and human rights. I am an honorably discharged disabled veteran from the U.S Army with a 100% service connected permanent and severe combined disability rating, and according to this ignoramus there is nothing wrong with me. Even though the medical doctors have returned with a diagnosis that I am severely and permanently disabled after receiving two back surgeries. My L5-S1 vertebrae was partially crushed during service and a large portion of it was removed after the condition left me temporarily paralyzed. I was rushed into emergency surgery, and I was left with nerve damage running down both my legs and a structurally unsound vertebrae column. My last duty station was Ft. Bragg NC and I also have bad knees, and PTSD related depression and anxiety with severe migraines and tinnitus. Illegaly denying people their right to benefits seems to be the common standing in this country. I was also initially denied by the VA until they were taken to court and it was pointed out that they knew I was severely disabled considering they performed the surgeries. After this was verified by third party physicians, I was awarded a 100% permanent and severe service connected disability rating. As I said, denying people their right to coverage is the norm in this country even though it is ethically and Constitutionally incorrect, for as expected, I have been disregarded and denied by judge Richard Geib as well even though my disabilities have been verified by certified doctors and supported by federal documentation from the Veterans Administration. Richard Geib is a criminal involved in racketeering, and the people suffer while he gets paid to be a gate keeper. He does not have any medical experience or qualifications and yet he decided that the doctors are wrong. In doing so he has violated federal law, and I quote from Madison vs Arizona “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” 384 US 436 p491. My disabilities and right to benefits have already been established by medical professionals and verified by federal agencies. This waste of an individual is not a medical professional, and he doesn’t care about the people. My vertebrae was crushed while I was working on an Apache helicopter when an ammo box almost crushed my private and myself. My actions saved both of our lives that day and insured that one of the five attack helicopters left to defend was operational after my unit was deployed to Afghanistan and I remained as skeleton crew. I was not medically discharged, and my condition was ignored and dismissed, just as this judge is doing, for years until it became an emergency situation and they found out they were wrong. Richard Geib does not deserve to be a judge, and he is not qualified to make medical decisions that effect people’s lives. His actions are un-American and unconstitutional.
