ALJ Mrs. Ellen P Bush was my first and last judge I ever want to see in life. Being before her, even if it was through video online services, I was still a nervous wreak. Mrs. Bush calmed my nerves with being very welcoming all through the hearing; made me smile even through my pain and when asking me questions, she listened until I was completely finished. When Mrs. Bush explained the process she even asked me if I had any questions. I absolutely appreciate her welcoming nature; breaking down the hearing process; explaining how my case file appeared to her and instead of shooting me down because there were missing documents, she so to speak gave me homework to obtain more evidence.
