SSI in November, after a denial, federal court found me disabled and case was sent back to Judge
Brown. This was a battle of few months shy of four years. She was kind and very considerate of my condition and circumstances. My problem is with the after my being found Fully Favorable.
Since my fully favorable in
November, I still have not received my Medicare, my monthly SSDI check, or four years of back time owed to me. I am posting this in hopes that she might read this and do an inquiry into why o have not received any of my benefits and it has been 5 months since | was found fully favorable. I have reached out to all I can. I need my benefits as I have on going medical problems and procedures needing done. I would appreciate any assistance that I can receive from her or anyone who can.
