platform includes emails contact/fax/phone number /all adjudicators/all juris/ confirmation method ………..for appeals online platform –agent must have assign claim number to proceed further. I also notice that EDNA also have some new changes within their platform for Paralegals/Non-Attorney Adjudicators who practicing becoming Client Specialist.

He is very outstanding when weighing the evidence of any claimant case. He is also excellent in overruling the VE (vocational expert) during any claimant adjudication hearing. I have appeared before him in claimant representation, and he does an excellent job when rendering the claimant quotes about his decision. Otherwise, he leaves in suspense instead of announcing his decision during the adjudication hearing. I also need upgrade my skills and degree leverage. Completed with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Paralegal. When I began this skill I only had paralegal certificate in law office management move forward with Associate, finally Bachelor.

Mr.Gohree us excellent Judge during the decision-making processes. What he basically looks for when administering adjudication review is attorney or non-attorney representation that shows that the burden of proof is always admissible because case record is based on material evidence that can be either tangible or intangible. The main component past is what and knowing the persuasive summary from a written expert. We use the expert summary in the decision-making process, and it is excellent when overruling the Vocational Expert. He also like representation to be objective and clearly stated when representing opening and closing statements. He is also on point when making his decision -if not after the proceeding, he usually calls the representative or presiding attorney to approach ——if it needs further evaluation, he always states for the attorney or non-attorney representative review he CD-ROM and act within the statute of limitation after the notice has been mailed to the client and other informational sources.
