Wrongful Decision

I am a 39 year old Woman who suffers from mental illness anxiety, depression and severe panic disorder which has landed me in the ER and mental hospital stays over 4 times in two hospitals. I also deal with Cowden Syndrome that causes me to grow tumors every where, I also have a incurable disease I have edema in both feet. March of 2024 I was diagnosed with a superficial blood clot in my foot, I can’t sit or stand for long periods of times. Without my feet swelling to the size of an elephant and when I requested to see what the Doctor had seen that he had sent me to it was no where on line for me to see or have the opportunity to appeal apparently she lied speaking against me. The person on the hearing call also lied I should’ve never been denied, what kind of job is there to work for someone who cannot stand or sit for long periods of time. Someone who has to be monitored and have plenty of doctors appointments, someone who has arthritis and a tumor on the brain that causes me to forget. The judge decided to go with and old psychology report instead of updated one, of I could rate this judge a zero I would because if all evidence was included there’s no reason a denial should have came. Apparently this is a judge that thinks people of color should work in pain and barely able to stand, there’s no job out there fit with those qualifications and also none were sent with the wrongful Decision.
