2 strokes/ brain tumor, torn rotator cuff, carpel tunnel in both hands, 4 cervical spine vertebrae need fused, losing 50% left to right r.o.m. and 40% up and down r.o.m. loss.

Was told I could be a store stocker or a chinese laundry attendant. My left eye is closed permanently…,I’ve got torn rotator cuff, plus carpel tunnel. I lose 50% of left and right range of motion 40% of my up and down range of motion.. now I’m supposed to find a stockboy job that only allows me to stock the middle shelves. Bc I cannot lift my dominant arm over my chest or see out of my left eye. I’m sure using my hands repeatedly won’t aggravated my carpel tunnel. I can’t look at the top shelves. My arms are so weak that I can lift laundry bags out of trucks separate the items inside the bag, lift the item into a large washer, pull out the wet items after washing and put them into a dryer. I’m in so much pain from my neck, rotator cuff, and carpel tunnel. That I’d have to take 4 or 5, 15 min breaks per hour. I can’t imagine how this lady can live with herself. I hope she finds out that there’s over 2 years of surgery and rehab in my future. I guess she expects me to have ALL the surgeries at once so I can get rehabbed in under a year. Rotator cuff alone is 6-9 months, cervical spine is 3-6 months, carpel tunnel in each hand being 3 months each. God only knows if they find out its a tumor versus 2 strokes the amount of rehab n therapy for that. I’ve worked 41+ years since I was 14 years old on the books another 4 years in my dad’s upholstery shop from 10 years old stripping furniture and cleaning up not on the books. I’m not a bum nor am I looking to reduce my pay from $4000 per week as a welder/Boilermaker/ welding inspector to $2200 per month. I took pride in my job and life. I can’t even buy my child or grandchildren an Xmas or birthday gift. I’ve been going to Dr’s since 2020.. 27 Dr’s appointments in 2022 alone, trying to figure out my brain… 4 MRIs with n without contrast, 3 more specialized MRIs in june thin slice of brainstem, and ear canal to see where this tumor is that left me disfigured and closed my left eye permanently. 3 CAT scans as well. Denied by her because she wants to maintain her reputation as a hard case judge. This is unforgivable. I’ve never wished anything bad on anyone.. I hope and I pray that Karma bites her and her family in the ass and God has no mercy or empathy on her soul.
