This Judge never believed anything I was going thru. She blew off my shoulder pain and my knee pain and to date I have had to get both knees replaced and both shoulders have had to replaced. I have also had one of my shoulders reconstructed again this time a reverse shoulder. I have to have epidural’s in my neck 3x a year,2 ablasions in my lower back each year that will probably be until I die. She screwed me over and I believe it was because I was do 4 years of back pay if she would have approved me. I am also convinced that she received a hefty payoff to make her decision.I typed 8 pages of made up facts and quotes that were never made in my Denial Letter. My Lawyer showed up at the hearing 6 months behind on my medical records and Anne Sharrard gave Steve Mazzie 2 weeks to get her my updated Medical Records. I have still never received confirmation as to Whether she ever received the updated Medical Records. I was supposed to receive a copy of everything that this Judge used to make her decision and when I think about all the un-truths that she had written in my Denial Letter I begin to wonder whether this Judge ever received my updated records and just Winged it. My hearing was scheduled just before the Government shutdown and I had to wait 2 and a 1/2 months for a decision. I believe that she just made up facts that would favor her reasons for denial. In my hearing she had a employment specialist on call with her and they mentioned 1000’s of jobs in my area that I could do and none of these jobs even existed. I googled every one when I returned home and nothing came up. If I was you and I scheduled my hearing and I found out the Judge before hand was Anne Sharrard I would re-schedule. Why take the chance that this Judge has already decided to deny you before your hearing even starts. You have one chance and make sure you can go before a Judge who actually will make a decision based on the facts that you present. You are worth it and don’t let yourself be screwed over by a judge who does not care about you as a person and considers you nothing more than a number on her docket. You are important and you have as much if not more worth than this less than HONORABLE JUDGE so make sure you have a good Lawyer who knows or has information about these Judges and has the expertise to get your hearing before a Judge who actually understands that you aren’t there for a free ride that disability is not your dream. Your dream was a career that you enjoy but circumstances arise that were out of your control and this is your only option to continue your life with a means to pay your living expenses. Good Luck

I am still feeling the affects of the knife Anne Sharrard stuck in my back when she denied my disability. She never took the time to even look at my injuries or my medical history. She never even considered my mental illness(severe depression and anxiaty) and dis-regarded my knee pain and shoulder pain as insignificant. Within 5 years of her denying me I had to have both of my knees replaced and had to have both of my shoulders reconstructed and replaced. She refused to accept the facts of my case and with the stroke of a pen destroyed my life and future. The worst part of this whole scenario is that this women will never face charges for what she did too me.
