This was one of the most nerve-racking hearings I have ever personally been through. The judge grilled me with questions for over 45 minutes and many of the questions being the same questions stated different ways. My attorney was barely able to talk. I was amazed at reading his denial. He threw out the Doctors statement from the CE they sent me to, He threw out a statement from my personal provider stating I can only work 16 hours a week. He stated only two disability factors, both of which were very minor such as curvature of the spine and depression. I have spondylolisthesis, I have a spinal cord stimulator, Severe nerve narrowing, Major depression disorder, PTSD, Failed back syndrome Just to name a few.Show more
We are on the verge of losing our house and at this point this judge has made me want to give up in so many ways. I have seen so many people get approved for less.
Good luck if you get this judge.
