Your Life in the Hands of Others

    March 24, 2025

Judge Brian Oakes was very nice in the phone for the hearing, although he denied my benefits after 6 years of fighting. The summary of reasons I felt though I was reading someone else’s medical records and not that of my own. Also, very incorrect information that he and others put in the report along with statements saying things that “I said” when no I didn’t ever say, state or claim. Having doctors in the report that I have never in my life seen make statements about my health and for not knowing me is totally wrong as well. How can someone else judge your condition without having all your medical records or knowledge of you and your pain? Then they stated I have never had a work history, when I have worked my entire life until 2016, the year that changed my whole life because of one mistake a doctor made on me during surgery. They failed on this decision and yes my plans are to hire a famn good attorney and suing for all the allegations and not doing their job in which they have taken the oath to uphold. I would be more than happy to let them live with my body for just a week and let them endure the ungodly excruciating bone pain that i feel 24/7 with no pain medication! My spine was not completely formed when I was born but yet they can sit back and say nothing is wrong with me. Game on, I will fight for my rights. The judge said they had all my medical records but had no clue about my essential familial tremors by the very doctor he mentioned first off, amazing right?Show more

I haven’t received a decision yet but he was very thorough and polite hope he goes in my favor because my condition has made it impossible for me to complete tasks involved in employment.

Was very nice and considerate. I had a hard case for him to do. But he was very good and kind to me
