An administrative law judge watson denial of my disability is and was unconstitutional. Having zero education in the field of mental health his decision was based on his feelings not facts. a decision that denies people the goods and services they require Judge Watsons decision is and was discriminatory.
He denies mental health disability with regularity, in my case he went against medical advice.Show more
This judge has zero accountability. how many people are incarcerated, homeless, or dead due to his unconstitutional rulings and is in violation of his oath to the constitution. The decision is unconstitutional by denying goods and services myself and many others against title 2 of the constitution which is the only law of the land. Agencies that twist the constitution in favor of denial is an unconstitutional decision. this is a democracy that is clouded in bureaucracy and special interest. I’m also requesting every ruling judge Watson made in 2024
ssa needs to seriously look into these processes.
