Judge McIntyre reviewed my daughter’s case, and accepted the results of the Psychological Evaluation performed by Dr. E. Newton. My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. She receives SSI benefits, but the state of Georgia wants to take it from her. Every year there’s a disability determination to decide whether or not my daughter is disabled or not as if she’s going to stop being Autistic with ADHD. Is there a cure for these disorders that I don’t know about? Nevertheless, Judge McIntyre made a fair and fully favorable decision on my daughter’s case, and I recommend her to anyone who takes care of and need a judicial determination of disability on their disabled person.Show more

Melinda McIntyre was a very sweet judge she did give me a fully favorable decision but the state of Georgia denied me for SSI
